At this time, Flying Skull Plant Products is only in Oregon and thus do not have any sales tax. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
Flying Skull Plant Products accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. Credit/Debit cards are processed through Paypal. We do not accept International Credit Cards, Pre-paid Cards or Gift Cards at this time. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
If you attempt to pay multiple times and your payment attempts fail/decline, you will see multiple holds/pre-authorizations if you are using a debit card. Most pre-authorizations in the US will drop off in 5 business days or longer, depending on your financial institution. We have no control over this.
Where do we ship?
We deliver to verified physical addresses within the contiguous US, Alaska, and Hawaii.
At this time we do not ship to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is all you have, inquire if your PO Box has a physical address. If it does you may use that physical address.
We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO, US Territories or Internationally.
How do we ship?
We ship via UPS, the United States Postal Service or other major freight carriers.
When will my order ship?
All orders require a processing time of 1 to 2 business days. Items will be placed on the carrier no later than the third business day providing the product ordered is in stock. If the item is out of stock you will be e-mailed, given an explanation and your options addressed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Standard/Daylight Time are considered to be for the next business day processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays. Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays are not considered business days. Business days are Monday through Friday.
When will my order arrive?
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered by this site as an estimate. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. Items being delivered by the US Postal Service may arrive on Saturdays where Saturday Delivery is available. Rural addresses may add to your delivery time.
Why is my shipping so much?
The shipping calculator computes shipping charges for UPS and USPS and is usually very accurate. However, in the event that the shipping calculator overcharges, the lower rate will be applied to your purchase and the difference refunded to you via your payment method.
Many large and light items (i.e. rockwool, etc.) are charged by ‘Dimensional Weight’. Due to this, we reserve the right to amend the shopping cart calculated charges to actual charges. We will notify you if this situation occurs.
Free Shipping Information
Flying Skull offers free ground shipping on all qualifying orders. This promotion is good within the contiguous United States (not including Hawaii and Alaska). Wholesale orders over $10000 qualify for free ground shipping. Free shipping orders may be shipped by USPS, UPS or other major freight carriers.
It is the customer’s responsibility to look carefully at each item for shipping information. Items that qualify for this free shipping promotion are clearly marked with the free shipping truck icon. If your entire order is eligible for free shipping, you will see a 'Free Standard Shipping' shipping method. If items that are not eligible for free shipping are placed in your cart you will be charged for shipping on those items only. We reserve the right to cancel or change this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Flying Skull Plant Products reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

We have done everything we can to give the proper information and details for an educated purchase. In the end, the descriptions of each product are just that, descriptions. Please review the directions of each product and read the entire label to understand how to use it properly and in some cases, when not to use it. When not to use a product is more important than when to use it.
All refunds and exchanges will be gladly accepted when merchandise is returned within 30 days of the original sale, in its original unused condition and with a copy of the original payment receipt. A credit for the amount of the product will be issued on the credit card used on the payment receipt. A credit confirmation will be sent to you by mail. There will be NO Credit for the shipping and handling amount if any is applied to the purchase. If a copy of the payment receipt is not included with your returned merchandise, a website credit will be issued.
Your shipping carrier receipt is proof that you shipped it within 30 days of your purchase. Buy a small size bottle first to determine your satisfaction with the product. There is a NO Return policy for products that have been opened and/or used unless it is defective. An opened or used product will be covered under its warranty policy. There is a NO Return policy for unopened products after the 30 days have elapsed.
After receiving the shipment and having a chance to examine the product more closely, it is solely up to the customer to decide on whether or not they want the product(s). Should the customer decide not to keep the product(s), it is up to the customer to place the product on a carrier to return it to Rose City Wholesale (our main distributor) before 30 days have passed from the date of the sale. This policy is firm and non-negotiable. Products sent to us after 30 days have elapsed will be held in storage until the customer arranges to have the product returned to them. Please call our shipping department for details.
If you’re missing a product please check to see if it is on back order. If there are missing products from your delivery, you must contact us within 72 hours of the delivery time and we will take steps to verify and confirm any such missing products. Any claims for missing product made after that time can not be honored. Once we are reasonably satisfied that the product was not delivered to you then we will arrange for a re-delivery of the missing product.
To request a refund or exchange, please call 1-888-433-6867. Ask for the Rose City Wholesale Customer Service Center and tell them you want a return authorization number for the product you purchased. You will be transferred to that department. Once you have been given a Return Authorization Number, return the product and a copy of the receipt in its original packaging and box to the address listed below. Package the product with care, just like it was sent to you. Place the return authorization number on the outside of the box.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Flying Skull Plant Products shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Flying Skull Plant Products shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Flying Skull Plant Products will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.
